Job Summary
Lead engineering efforts across the full product lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, release, and support, while collaborating with Product Managers to translate vision into actionable plans. Design scalable software architectures, guide teams on modern best practices and CI/CD pipelines, and mentor engineers through code reviews and technical interviews. Oversee medium to large-sized projects, ensuring on-time delivery through tollgate reviews and production troubleshooting. This office-first role requires at least four days in Reading, PA, and involves partnering with Data, QA, Design, and Infrastructure teams to deliver secure, performant SaaS solutions.
