Designs, implements, and optimizes customer engagement systems and architects and deploys Genesys Cloud CX and Multicloud CX solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and scalability. Configures routing strategies, IVR flows, and omnichannel capabilities; coordinates CI/CD pipelines; integrates contact center platforms with CRM, WFM, and analytics tools; implements disaster recovery and business continuity plans; develops automation scripts to improve reliability; supports DevOps initiatives and ensures security/compliance. Responsible for high-availability system architecture, performance optimization, and thorough documentation across multiple projects and platforms.
