Job Summary
Champion Cotality’s transition to AI-first engineering practices, actively integrating Agentic AI into the SDLC to drive operational efficiencies. Pair programming with team members to solve complex problems together using Test Driven Development to implement continuous integration. Collaborate with your team to provide technical direction on product, design, and architectural decisions. Learn from others and teach others. When something goes wrong, assist in diagnosing and resolving production incidents and then improve upon our tests, code, and systems so we don’t see that problem ever again.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
- 5-8+ years of experience developing applications using modern Object-oriented Programming languages.
- Strong understanding of architectural standards and software development methodologies.
- Seasoned full stack development experience.
- Advanced experience in Java, TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Advanced experience using Spring Libraries.
- Advanced experience in modern Front-End frameworks (Angular preferred; strong experience in React or other frameworks with highly transferable skills is fully acceptable).
- Experience in various database and big data technologies (PostgreSQL, BigQuery).
- Hands-on experience developing with AI assistance tools, specifically GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar AI agents.
