Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop and maintain complex software systems in a data-intensive cloud environment. Key responsibilities include performing requirements analysis, diagnosing and fixing complex problems, and applying sound software engineering processes. Candidates must have strong skills in .NET/C#, relational databases, and experience with Azure DevOps. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, along with 7+ years of experience in software development.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years developing software
- Strong .NET/C# skills
- Strong relational database skills including proficiency in SQL and database architecture (MSSQL 2008 or higher)
- Exposure to Azure DevOps
- Object oriented programming principles
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, or risk management
- Experience with BMAD Agents for Greenfield and Brownfield development or other AI-assisted development tools
- AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap
- Experience with Dependency Injection and IoC Containers
- Experience in ORM frameworks (Dapper, Entity Framework)
