Champion software best practices, observability, and maintainability while collaborating with data scientists and domain experts to adopt better engineering cultures. Utilize Kubernetes-native, autoscaling Docker container environments to ensure the analytics engine handles rapid expansion, integrating AI tools like Gemini and Transformers to automate ticket descriptions and insights.
