Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer, Compute at Persona. Build and own internal platform tooling and APIs for deploying, scaling, and observing services with a focus on developer experience. Own and evolve the Kubernetes platform, ArgoCD deployment pipeline, and Terraform IaC that underpin Persona’s services. Improve observability and provide self-service answers for deployment issues. Drive Cloud Run-to-Kubernetes migration and design self-service workflows to reduce operational load. Define platform interfaces and abstractions for deployment workflows, ensuring easy-to-use, self-serve capabilities for product teams. Bring strong SWE fundamentals, product instinct, and experience with Kubernetes in production, IaC, and distributed systems. Nice-to-haves include deeper Kubernetes internals and GitOps tooling. Full-time benefits are offered for full-time employees. Location hints include United States (SF), with remote options available.
