Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and operate ADP and cloud services across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including control plane and data plane components. You will convert ambiguous product requirements into clear technical designs, lead the technical direction of large projects within ADP, anticipate risks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. You will uphold high standards for reliability, scalability, performance, and security, champion new features and improvements, participate in the on-call escalation chain, and build tools for automated infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and self-healing. The role emphasizes resilience and observability to run enterprise-grade agentic systems in the cloud, with collaboration across Cloud, Core, and Platform engineering teams and with pre- and post-sales teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing and operating large-scale, reliable systems in public cloud environments
- Track record of leading large technical projects end-to-end
- Proficiency in Go (or comparable systems language)
- Experience with AI-assisted software development workflows including tools like Claude Code
- Production experience with Kubernetes
- Working knowledge of at least one of AWS / Azure / GCP with IaC
- Familiarity with stream processing concepts
- Excellent communication in a globally distributed async environment
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and customer-facing stakeholders
