Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and secure APIs on Google Cloud Platform using Docker and Kubernetes. Implement infrastructure-as-code, automate deployments, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2 standards. Build and optimize responsive web applications with Python, JavaScript, and Node.js, collaborating with UI/UX teams to deliver seamless clinical interfaces. Manage data pipelines for ingesting and transforming large datasets, and deploy, monitor, and automate ML models in production alongside the Advanced Imaging and AI teams. Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive architecture decisions while collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Clinical teams to prioritize customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS in computer science
- 5+ years of experience
- strong exposure to both cloud infrastructure and full-stack development
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Expertise in Python for data pipeline and backend development
- Proficient in JavaScript and Node.js for web application development
- Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Proven experience building and managing scalable cloud backend
- familiarity working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in regulated medical device/healthcare industries with compliance-aware development
- Knowledge of MLOps and data versioning tools (MLflow, DVC)
- Experience with data privacy and security best practices (HIPAA, GDPR)
- Experience with software lifecycle in medical device industry
- Familiarity with Cybersecurity requirement for healthcare cloud application
