Senior Software Engineer – Clinical Data Foundation

Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using Python, React.js, and cloud technologies to support product optimization. Conduct code reviews, perform system testing, and resolve technical challenges to ensure application quality and efficiency. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into software architecture and design specifications. Implement automation tools and maintain documentation for disaster recovery and operations. Develop innovative solutions using generative AI and integrate systems for seamless data flow. Work evening or night shifts as required based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Master's /Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of experience in Computer Science, IT or related field
- Strong knowledge of information systems and cloud technologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Experience with react.js fast Api and big data technologies (e.g., Databricks, Spark, Hadoop), and performance tuning in query and data processing
- Experience with Clinical Domain and GxP regulations
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
- Team-oriented, with a focus on achieving team goals
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Must be willing and able to work during evening or night shifts, as required based on business requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices
- Strong understanding of systems engineering processes and methodologies
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)
- Experience with systems integration and validation
