Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer to join an in-person NYC startup engineering team. You will design, build, and deploy scalable systems and AI tools to accelerate contract review for legal teams, own end-to-end product development across the stack with a focus on lawyer-facing interfaces, integrate LLM-powered tools, and mentor engineers while collaborating with leadership to drive a robust, maintainable codebase. Strong emphasis on full-stack development (TypeScript and Python), frontend AI tool experiences, and modern frameworks (React/Vue/Svelte). Must work on-site in the NYC office and contribute to a high-energy, in-person culture focused on shipping quickly.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python
- Experience with LLM integrations and building frontend AI tools, agents, or interfaces
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Svelte)
- Willingness to work on-site in the NYC office
- Experience at a high-growth, venture-backed startup
