Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Web Components while contributing to reusable UI frameworks and component libraries. Build responsive, accessible interfaces that integrate with REST APIs and Backend-for-Frontend layers, ensuring compliance with WCAG standards and SonarQube quality metrics. Optimize applications for Core Web Vitals, bundle size, and rendering efficiency, then support CI/CD pipelines and feature flag delivery. Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with UX, design, and product teams to transform designs into production-ready components. Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development workflows and explore opportunities in design-to-code automation.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of software engineering experience with strong front-end development expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with React
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript
- Strong hands-on experience with Web Components
- Strong hands-on experience with HTML5
- Strong hands-on experience with CSS3
- Experience building reusable UI frameworks, component libraries, or design-system-driven applications
- Experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale web applications
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, design patterns, and modern application architectures
- Experience with SSR/SSG using Next.js
- Experience with Lit, Stencil, or other Web Component frameworks
- Experience with micro-frontends and distributed UI architectures
- Experience contributing to shared UI frameworks or component libraries
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Figma and design-to-code workflows
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
