Job Summary
Manage technical aspects of Portal feature development, including UX/UI and API work, while designing high-quality software architecture and converting acceptance criteria into functional workflows. Collaborate with Growth teams to optimize data-driven features and ensure code quality through rigorous reviews and test plan assessments. Lead accurate estimates, drive timely completion, and mentor engineers to foster professional development. Build and evolve AI tooling within daily workflows, focusing on secure, resilient system design and diverse log parsing.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience developing complex software products
- 5+ years of programming in Ruby on Rails
- Strong defensive coding skills, with a focus on secure, resilient, and failure-aware system design
- Experience with JavaScript
- Experience with databases such as Postgres
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using AI coding agents to accelerate development
Desired Qualifications
- Experience integrating and managing billing systems, including Stripe, Salesforce (SFDC), and subscription management workflows
