Job Summary
Develop a revolutionary finance marketplace product by designing user experience, business logic, and software components that adhere to defined PRD specs. Own end-to-end quality of deliverables across the software development lifecycle while working with managers and peers to evaluate tools, technologies, and processes for high-quality adoption. Mentor junior engineers, foster innovation, and manage continuously changing business needs within a fast-paced environment. Design and develop systems using microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and Java technologies including Spring, Hibernate, and Kafka. Ensure secure application development on AWS and GCP with robust CI/CD pipelines, Prometheus monitoring, and ELK stack logging.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Backend development, delivering enterprise-class web applications and services.
- Expertise in Java technologies including Spring, Hibernate, and Kafka.
- Strong knowledge of NoSQL and RDBMS, with expertise in schema design
- Familiarity with Kubernetes deployment and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage continuously changing business needs.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Competent in software engineering tools (e.g., Java build tools) and best practices (e.g., unit testing, test automation, continuous integration).
- Experience with the Cloud technologies of AWS and GCP and developing secure applications
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
