Job Summary
Design and scale backend systems powering consumer-facing products, building and refining APIs for instant, seamless experiences. Collaborate with product, credit, finance, compliance, support, and analytics teams while contributing to technical discussions, code reviews, and roadmap planning. Drive continuous improvement in code quality, security, and operational excellence by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and establishing engineering best practices. Requires 3+ years of backend engineering experience with .NET (C#) or similar frameworks, scaling experience with high transaction volumes, and proficiency in AI-powered development tools. Full-time remote role with biannual global offsites.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of backend engineering experience
- Experience with .NET (C#), or similar frameworks
- Experience scaling consumer-facing products with significant transaction volumes
- Travel for company offsites is expected at a minimum 2 times a year
