Job Summary
Collaborate with teams to design and ship new financial solutions while establishing best practices for development and ensuring adherence to coding standards. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot critical issues throughout the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. Contribute to technical decision-making and long-term strategy for mobile development, balancing hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities such as mentoring others and driving execution plans. Work onsite in the Jakarta Office as an Individual Contributor reporting directly to the Senior Engineering Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of backend development experience
- Proficiency in backend development with Go (Golang)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), compute technologies (e.g., Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written
- You will work onsite in our Jakarta Office
