Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy feature-rich applications that support data-driven test and evaluation for Army product development. Conduct research to create products aiding high-speed acquisition logistics initiatives while learning emerging technologies and programming tools. Engage with teammates virtually and face-to-face to plan projects, resolve issues, and present solutions to clients. Requires a bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science with 10 years of experience, proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, and frameworks like React and FastAPI. Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- able to complete a U.S. government background investigation
- bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field
- minimum of 10 years of experience
- Actively programs with one or more of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, or Typescript
- Utilizes web frameworks and toolkits like React, FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy
- Is a motivated and energetic developer that manages time well and can prioritize tasks to ensure projects are completed on time
- Engages with teammates, both virtually and face-to-face, to plan projects, seek out or provide help on issues, as well as present solutions to clients
Desired Qualifications
- Have developed applications that present complex workflows through clear, intuitive, and user‐friendly visualizations
- Have examples of code or applications you've built that we can check out
- Can demonstrate proficiency with AI-Assisted software development workflows
- Received one or more Scrum, Microsoft, Google Developer certifications or any other technical certifications
