Job Summary
Design and ship end-to-end AI agents that handle real logistics work, including customs compliance, document processing, and exception management. Cross organizational boundaries to align stakeholders and move fast from idea to production, treating every deployment as a learning opportunity. Work directly with operators and domain experts to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions that impact global trade across 112 countries. This role reports directly to the VP of Engineering on a small team building the future of autonomous supply chains. The position requires 5+ years of software engineering experience with LLM fluency and full-stack capability in TypeScript and Next.js.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Extensive experience building with LLMs
- Strong product instincts
- LLM fluency including agent patterns, RAG, prompt engineering, tool use, and evaluation
- Full-stack capability in TypeScript and Next.js
- Entrepreneurial drive
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with workflow orchestration (Temporal, etc.)
- Experience building internal tools or operator-facing applications
