Senior/Software Engineer, AI-Powered Advertising Agents

Senior/Software Engineer role focused on AI-powered advertising agents. You will lead design, development, and deployment of AI-driven features using RAG, vector databases, and LLMs. Responsibilities include technical leadership and mentorship, collaborating with architects, product managers, and UX designers, driving end-to-end ownership from feasibility to release in an Agile environment, creating detailed AI architecture designs, and aligning solutions with long-term product roadmaps. You will implement and optimize LLMs for use cases (fine-tuning, deploying pretrained models), develop AI agents powered by RAG with external knowledge sources, design and optimize vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus), craft and fine-tune prompts, employ evaluation frameworks (Evals) to measure model quality, and work with data scientists and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing products and internal tools. Strong emphasis on staying current with LLM/RAG trends, monitoring and optimizing models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
