Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer – AI Platform & Developer Tooling: Own and evolve a portfolio of AI-adjacent products ranging from full-stack web applications to developer CLI tools and AI agent infrastructure. Ship production code, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and take ownership of products. Build with Java/Kotlin backends and Spring Boot, Node.js for CLI tooling, and frontends in Angular or VueJS; manage microservices, async messaging, container orchestration, and artifact distribution. Work on MCP-based infrastructure to bring AI capabilities into developers’ workflows, including AI agent tooling, integration with MCP, and leveraging LLMs to automate repetitive tasks while maintaining engineering judgment. Embrace end-to-end ownership across multiple products, stay curious about AI tooling, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, verifiable digital processes. Required Qualifications
- Strong Java or Kotlin with Spring Boot
- Node.js for CLI/tooling
- Angular or VueJS (TypeScript)
- Microservices design and async messaging
- Cloud: AWS
- Containers: Docker, Docker Compose
- Experience with Artifactory or similar registries
- GitLab CI/CD: pipelines and deployment
- Observability: logging, metrics, tracing; Grafana
- AI agents familiarity and MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Experience integrating tools into agent environments (Cursor, Kiro, or equivalent)
- Pragmatic use of AI-assisted development and ownership from design to production
