Job Summary
Lead end-to-end ML lifecycle from data collection and labeling strategy to continuous model improvement. Design, train, and deploy robust, production-ready AI and machine learning systems for automated accessibility testing and intelligent analysis. Work on innovative Computer Vision, NLP, and representation learning solutions while collaborating with product and design teams to promote digital equality. Maintain clean, scalable codebases and champion ethical AI practices focused on transparency and fairness. Manage model deployment at scale using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers within AWS infrastructure. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in machine learning or AI engineering
- Expert-level Python developer (5+ years)
- strong knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers
- Experience with scalable ML infrastructure and backend engineering
- Familiarity with data engineering tools such as AWS Glue, Athena, or Spark
- Deep understanding of model lifecycle management from training and evaluation to deployment and monitoring
- Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
