Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer - AI Data & Analytics responsible for building the data/analytics layer of the HOAi/Vantaca platform: design schemas and pipelines to turn operational data into a trusted source of truth for customers, product, and finance; ship dashboards and APIs delivering live usage, credit consumption, and community insights; implement consumption-based pricing metering and billing reconciliation; develop forecasting and predictive models (usage run-rate, sentiment analysis, benchmarks); ensure data correctness, observability, and reliability; raise engineering standards and mentor growing data/analytics surface area.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years building backend or data systems for production SaaS
- Strong relational modeling (Postgres), pipelines, aggregation systems, indexing, query optimization
- Applied data science fluency: statistics, forecasting, ML techniques
- API design excellence: clear, evolvable APIs and data contracts
- Full-stack interest: React/Next.js familiarity
- High pace + high quality environment
