Own product areas essential to the success of our customers and business. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- 2+ years of experience as a senior member of a team delivering end-to-end systems
- Experience with web APIs and backend services using modern OOP practices
- Strong relational database understanding and performance diagnosis
- Troubleshooting across network, application, caching, queuing, and storage layers
- Experience solving high-scale integration and system challenges
- Excellent communication of technical decisions
- Ownership mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work on a cross-functional team
- Proficiency in English
- Tech stack familiarity: Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, TypeScript, React; AWS; Kubernetes
