Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer 1 at Wells Fargo. Drive moderately complex initiatives within technology domains, design, code, test, debug, and document projects, review technical challenges, and guide a team to meet client needs while collaborating with peers and mid-level managers. Individual contributor role with telecommuting permitted and weekly in-person reporting to Irving, TX location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related technical field
- 4 years of experience in software or application development and engineering
- 4 years of experience with the software development lifecycle
- 4 years of experience with at least six of the following technical skills: SAS or SQL; JAVA/J2EE; Agile methodologies; RESTful or SOAP Web Services; Anthill or Jenkins; Linux or UNIX; Spring, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, and performance tuning; Urbancode Deploy; Jira; Application Logging Control tools; Maven; Oracle or DB2; application performance/monitoring tools (Blazemeter, Splunk, AppDynamics); API/UI design and development; automations and unit testing (Jasmine, Karma, Selenium, Junit, JMeter); security testing (penetration testing, secure code review, or secure static code analysis)
