Job Summary
Senior Software Development Tech Lead for NVLink firmware and NVOS in Santa Clara. Lead end-to-end development and implementation of features for configuring, installing, and troubleshooting NVLink, serving as the technical lead and owning the SDLC for the programs. Define technical direction, establish quality bars, and drive features from idea to production as a hands-on IC. Collaborate with product, test, applications engineering, production, and partner teams to translate customer issues into concrete solutions. Establish guidelines for evaluation, observability, and continuous improvement of networking infrastructure from manufacturing to production networks. Evangelize AI adoption in software development and testing across the lifecycle. Base salary ranges: Level 5 224000-356500 USD and Level 6 272000-431250 USD; equity and benefits included. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, EE, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of direct software development experience including significant responsibility for complex, customer-facing systems or platforms
- Proven track record as a technical lead, engineering manager or architect for significant features or products across networking and datacenter infra with clear ownership for both creating and execution of goals
- Strong networking acumen, developing or leading firmware and/or OS development of network infra
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical direction across teams while remaining an individual contributor
- Strong hands-on development experience in embedded C/C++ and Python
