Senior Software Development Engineer Test (SDET)

Build comprehensive test strategies for infrastructure changes and releases, leveraging AI technologies like agentic automation and RAG to augment testing activities. Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium to ensure faster, more stable testing cycles. Write detailed test plans covering functional, compliance, and legal aspects while engaging in projects from initiation through failure mode identification. Collaborate with product, design, and security teams to define requirements, analyze gaps, and execute technical test designs. Provide technical assistance in issue diagnosis, identify defect trends, and partner with development teams to resolve root causes. This role supports Forge's quality engineering team, which improves product quality for a global private market platform handling liquidity solutions and custody offerings.
