Job Summary
Senior Software Development Engineer in Test – join Pixelogic Media Partners, LLC to help build and maintain test automation for media distribution platforms. Responsibilities include designing and executing test cases from project documents and customer demands, setting up and maintaining test automation frameworks across multiple application platforms, building tests for CI pipelines, managing bug reports, investigating customer-reported problems, collaborating in a cross-functional agile team, mentoring SDETs, and defining testing strategies to ensure release quality. Required: BS in Computer Science or equivalent, 3+ years of experience, strong programming skills in Java/C/C++/C#, frontend tech knowledge (HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript), proficiency with E2E frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.), unit test frameworks (JUnit/TestNG/Rspec/Jest/Chai/Mocha), API testing tools (Postman/Insomnia/RestAssured), Agile/Scrum experience;bonus in non-functional testing and CI/CD. Required Qualifications
- Computer Science degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge in one or more of Java, C, C++, or C#
- Strong knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus
- Strong knowledge in one or more End-To-End Test frameworks: Selenium, Test Café, or Cypress
- Strong knowledge in one or more unit test frameworks: Junit, TestNG, Rspec, Jest, Chai, or mocha
- Strong knowledge in one or more Integration/API testing tools and libraries: Postman, Insomnia, or RestAssured
- Experience in Agile / Scrum project development
- Non-functional testing experience (i.e., Web load/performance testing, Security/Pen testing) is a plus
- Experience in CI/CD is a plus
