Job Summary
Senior Software Developer leads the development efforts of the Development Team, designs and implements well-structured code in C#/.NET, performs testing, maintains documentation, participates in SAFe/Agile Scrum practices, mentors team members, and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality software aligned with enterprise architecture. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements, providing accurate estimates, resolving ambiguities, adhering to UI/UX and coding standards, supporting production issues, and contributing to proposals with technical content. Requires US citizenship, active DOD Secret clearance, Level 1 IAT certification, and a bachelor’s degree; experience with Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, Jira/Jama/Confluence/Bitbucket, and strong analytical/problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work remotely. The role also emphasizes team collaboration, continuous learning, and adherence to Agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Active DOD Secret Clearance
- Level 1 or higher IAT Certification (A+ CE, Security+, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, SSCP)
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or another related field
