Job Summary
Write clean, modular Python and C++ code to deliver high-impact features while designing scalable distributed systems and cloud-native architectures. Implement Docker and Kubernetes workflows on AWS to ensure application resilience, and manage complex data environments in Snowflake for optimized storage and query performance. Lead the design of robust SQL schemas supporting both transactional needs and analytical reporting, then proactively integrate AI agentic tools to automate repetitive work and accelerate feature delivery. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to maintain and scale cloud environments across AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure within an Agile setting.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience with Python
- 5–7 years of experience with C++
- Practical experience with system design patterns (Microservices, REST, Event-driven)
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- experience with relational database design
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration (Docker/K8s)
- A demonstrated ability to use AI-augmented tools to increase personal coding velocity and solve complex problems faster
- Ability to work in an Agile environment
- Practical knowledge of the Google work environment (G Suite)
- Experience in the business area of equities and derivatives trading
