Create and maintain product documentation while ensuring solutions are interoperable, performant, and maintainable. Participate in code reviews, provide final approval, and research technologies for new modules including machine learning frameworks. Break down work for team members, advise on technical design trends, and lead by example in department best practices. Accountable for accurately reporting working hours in Netsuite to ensure billable tracking aligns with project management tools. Mentor associate-level developers and guide the team through project issues.
