Job Summary
Conduct system development across front-end, back-end, and integrations while planning workflows and optimizing processes. Design new features based on customer requirements and analyze overall solutions, then collaborate daily with your team to drive the full life cycle of delivery. Ensure quality assurance and implement unit testing for major IT solutions using Python, AWS, and relevant databases. This role supports the complete software development lifecycle within a fast-growing technology consultancy that leverages cutting-edge innovations to foster societal transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Python
- AWS
- +4 years experience in the IT Industry
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
- Must be willing to travel to client site anywhere in the UK when needed
- Right to work in the UK
Desired Qualifications
- A curiosity to explore new technologies
- Ideally a full-stack or backend technical background with experience in Python, with either Typescript or React and Terraform
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle
- Ability to code within projects
- Experience in Databases, including MongoDB, SQL or Document Database
- Experience in Unit Testing
- Experience in Model-View-Controller
- Previous involvement in developing and delivering major IT solutions
- An understanding of agile tools and techniques
- Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
- Highly ambitious, wanting to excel in your career
