Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, well-tested database applications by translating business requirements into functional database processes and collaborating with IT and business partners. Optimize database integrations with database administrators to ensure optimal performance while supporting high-volume financial transaction processing systems. Apply strong C# and .NET coding skills to build scalable database-centric applications using microservices architecture, Azure Cloud Services, and distributed systems. Requires 6+ years of software development experience, 5+ years supporting MLM or direct-selling compensation systems, and a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 6+ years of software development experience using C# and .NET
- 5+ years of experience supporting MLM, direct-selling, or network marketing compensation systems
- Experience with high-volume financial transaction processing systems
- Expert-level proficiency in C#
- Expert-level proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 8+
- Expert-level proficiency in ASP.NET Core
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL Server
- Expert-level proficiency in Entity Framework
- Expert-level proficiency in REST APIs
- Strong expertise with Distributed systems
- Strong expertise with Microservices architecture
- Strong expertise with Message queues
- Strong expertise with Azure Cloud Services
- Strong expertise with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong expertise with Git/Azure DevOps
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Monitoring tools such as Application Insights
- Experience with Automated testing frameworks
Desired Qualifications
- Experience implementing configurable compensation plan rule engines
- Experience with MLM platforms
- Knowledge of direct-selling regulations and global commission practices
- Experience supporting multinational commission programs
- Familiarity with accounting, payouts, ACH processing, taxation, and financial controls
