Job Summary
Develop software programming and document intuitive applications that meet company and client needs, while maintaining programs and creating regular updates to address concerns. Identify and fix issues with AI-generated code using agents like GitHub Copilot and automated tools, implementing event-driven agentic workflows for complex tasks. Troubleshoot coding problems efficiently, ensure software security by monitoring private information sharing, and analyze data to recommend system installations or modifications. Confer with project managers on limitations, support team coaching, and fulfill a functional leadership role as a Project Lead or Scrum Master. Provide advisory input on technologies and best practices, representing Multiview with customers and contributing to RFP processes.
Required Qualifications
- Computer Science degree, diploma, Masters OR equivalent work experience
- 7 or more years of experience in software development
- thorough programming knowledge, skills with Oracle PL/SQL are required
- Experience developing software utilizing various coding languages including C#, SQL
- Outstanding collaboration and communication skills are essential (verbal and written)
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines for multiple, concurrent projects
- Ability to quickly gain working knowledge of product, interpret requirements, and recommend solutions
- Must have strong communication, research, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time management skills
- Heightened attention to detail & strong analytical technical problem-solving skill
- Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications
- Analyze code for weaknesses and errors, and present detailed plans to improve them
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Oracle Database development is highly desirable
- Experience with Github Copilot or an equivalent is highly desirable
- Experience building or integrating AI-powered solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases (pinecone, Amazon S3 JSON, pgvector etc..), or intelligent agents, is considered an asset
- Experience with .NET CORE and JavaScript is considered an asset
- Experience with accounting/financial applications is considered an asset
