Senior Software Developer responsible for leading architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise asset management solutions; provide technical mentorship to junior developers; drive code quality and engineering standards; collaborate with Product, QA, and Support to deliver scalable middleware and integrated software using C# and the .NET stack; define technical strategy, conduct code reviews, address performance and security concerns, and evaluate new technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality; requires strong background in APIs, data modeling, and cloud/DevOps practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or certificate from a technical training institute
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET ecosystem
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring developers
- Experience with APIs, REST services, and integration design
- Experience with SQL and relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
