Craft, test, and deploy robust Java applications aligned with business needs using industry-leading technologies and coding standards. Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure application responsiveness while maintaining top-notch quality. Assist in architectural design reviews and project planning, lending insights for strategic advancements. Guide and mentor fellow developers, exhibiting leadership in cross-functional development practices. Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure consistent processes and timely deliverables. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of hands-on Java full stack development experience with the Spring framework.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant programming education
- 7+ years of hands-on Java full stack development
- Strong track record in enterprise solutions using Spring framework
- Extensive experience in REST web services
- Extensive experience in microservice environments
- Extensive experience with Git
- Extensive experience with JPA
- Extensive experience with SQL
- Extensive experience with JSON
- Extensive experience with SOAP
- Extensive experience with XML
- Extensive experience with code versioning tools
- Working knowledge of caching
- Working knowledge of service discovery
- Working knowledge of CI / CD tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
