Job Summary
Build solutions leveraging LLMs on on-prem GPU infrastructure and design secure, scalable applications supporting critical HR, payroll, and compliance functions. Architect integrations across enterprise systems and develop custom internal tools where commercial solutions fall short. Manage the full SDLC from architecture through deployment and monitoring within a dedicated on-premises environment. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into production-ready systems while maintaining strict data isolation standards. This full-stack role requires 10+ years of experience in C# or Java and SQL, with a focus on AI-assisted tooling. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline
- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong proficiency in C# or Java
- Experience with SQL, Web Development, and API-driven architectures
- Experience working with AI-assisted tooling (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
