Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications using Java, Spring MVC, and related frameworks. Develop RESTful APIs and frontend components with JavaScript, AJAX, and modern libraries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions. Perform debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues. Optimize database performance through efficient SQL queries and schema design. Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated builds and deployments. Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical design discussions. Utilize Git for version control and support system migration and refactoring initiatives. Assist in mentoring junior developers and fostering knowledge sharing. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong focus on Java-based applications
- Proficiency in core programming concepts, object-oriented design, and design patterns
- In-depth knowledge of Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Java EE frameworks
- Strong experience with JavaScript, AJAX, and modern frontend development practices
- Demonstrated expertise in SQL and database design, including optimization and indexing strategies
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins, for automated builds and deployments
- Proficient in Git for source control management and collaborative development workflows
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
