Job Summary
Formulate data analytic problems, get and cleanse data, and employ analytic methods including supervised and unsupervised machine learning, link analysis, and text mining. Develop analytic algorithms to analyze data and enable data-driven decisions for healthcare and Medicare Fraud projects. Utilize languages such as Java, Python, R, and C# with big data technologies like Hadoop and NoSQL databases. This role requires overnight travel up to 10% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with analytic techniques and methods (e.g., supervised and unsupervised machine learning, link analysis, and text mining)
- Knowledge of data analytics in the heathcare industry
- Experience with the Map Reduce programming model and technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, and Pig
- Experience analyzing Medicare Fraud data and CMS health data
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with analytic techniques and methods (e.g., supervised and unsupervised machine learning, link analysis, and text mining) as well as software languages is a must
