Job Summary
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack software solutions while architecting scalable microservices and modeling complex enterprise objects. Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to define features, uphold high engineering standards, and manage project priorities and deadlines. Lead software projects in a technical capacity, leveraging C#, .NET, Java, and open-source technologies to build intuitive products that meet user needs. Requires 10+ years of experience in large-scale or financial software, a BS degree, and proficiency in web applications and enterprise systems.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience building large-scale applications or complex enterprise software
- 5+ years of experience working with the following: web applications, enterprise software, large software systems, and/or financial software
- 5+ years of experience leading software projects in a technical capacity
- Software development experience in leveraging Open Source technologies, Java or similar programming languages and technology stacks
- Experience working with one or more of the following: web applications / services, enterprise software, large scale software systems, and/or financial software
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
- Interest and ability to learn new languages or technologies as needed
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage
- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor
- Must be functional during power interruptions
- A functioning webcam
- A noise-canceling USB headset
- A quiet, dedicated home office space
- A smartphone for communication and verification purposes
Desired Qualifications

- at least 10 years of professional experience in software development
- proven track record of designing and implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
- Deep understanding of backend, UI and infrastructure software
- Deeply understand user needs and build products that are intuitive and easy to use
- Collaborating with product managers, UX designers and other engineers to define, design and implement product features
- Uphold high engineering standards and maintain consistency across services
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
