Own Braze as the technical and product SME, driving platform strategy, configuration, and best practices. Build and maintain integrations connecting Braze with player accounts, sportsbook, casino, CRM, data platforms, and third-party services. Design player data models, events, attributes, segments, subscriptions, and environments to support personalized engagement. Lead Braze implementations and migrations, ensuring reliable data, smooth cutovers, and minimal disruption to player communications. Build pipelines that keep player profiles, wagering activity, events, and segments accurate and up to date. Partner with CRM, Marketing, and Product to turn player engagement requirements into scalable technical solutions. Monitor platform usage, campaign performance, deliverability, and data consumption to identify opportunities and improve effectiveness. Evaluate and support adjacent platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDPs. Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, consent, and responsible gaming requirements. Document architecture, integrations, and runbooks while supporting monitoring and incident response for critical marketing systems.
