Job Summary
Configure CLM environments to meet client specifications by creating templates, workflows, and approval hierarchies; implement roles, permissions, and user access policies; translate business requirements into technical configurations; test and validate configurations for functional accuracy; maintain documentation; and assist in user training and post-implementation support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience configuring CLM solutions, with a focus on any CLM platform preferred
- Strong understanding of Agiloft CLM’s configuration capabilities, including workflows, templates, and approval processes
- Experience with CLM products such as Ironclad / Conga / DocuSign is a plus
- Familiarity with CLM best practices, compliance requirements, and process optimization
- Experience in technical documentation, testing, and validation of configurations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer success
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
