Job Summary
Ensure correct functioning of clinical trial software with emphasis on patient safety and integrity of study data. Review product requirements to verify clarity and consistency, then develop validation plans using a risk-based testing methodology. Author and execute test scripts, document defects, and track resolutions while automating tests with industry-standard tools. Set up testing environments, prepare data, assist with software deployment, and investigate production issues alongside the support team. Requires 4+ years of automation experience, Java, Selenium, and API/web testing skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Solid analytical and risk-assessing skills
- Deep understanding of testing methodologies and principles
- Ability to develop and execute test plans for software applications with high complexity
- Working knowledge of test automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and learning capability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role (automation)
- Previous experience in API testing and in web application testing
- experience with Java, Selenium
- Working knowledge of SQL
