Job Summary
Design and program high performance robotics automation systems for reagent dispensing, micro-plate test kits, and micro-fluidic assay cartridges. Responsibilities include developing control programs for manufacturing and R&D equipment, configuring and troubleshooting automation software, writing requirement documents, and participating in design reviews. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have 3-5 years of experience in automation equipment design and C# .NET programming. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years working experience in automation equipment software design
- 3-5 years programming experience using C# .NET
- Prior experience with industrial robots, motors, controllers, and/or digital and analog sensors
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with machine vision and image processing
- Knowledge of Visual Basic and C++
- Experience in a regulated production environment for pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices manufacturing
- Working knowledge of FDA regulated devices
- Experience in the health care field
