Senior Software Architect & Tech Lead (Hands-on)

Job Summary
Lead by example as a hands-on Technical Lead and Software Architect, spending 70% of your time actively coding core backend modules and solving complex technical challenges. Design end-to-end, scalable, low-latency architectures for client projects and internal SaaS platforms while leveraging AI coding companions to accelerate development cycles. Conduct rigorous code reviews, guide mid-level developers, and translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks to ensure rapid delivery. Maintain a "zero-ego" mindset to foster psychological safety and continuous learning within the engineering team. This role requires deep expertise in Node.js, Go, Python, or Java, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), with a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science and 6-10 years of proven experience.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- 6-10 years of proven experience in software engineering
- recent experience as a Senior/Lead Developer or Architect
- Must be an active coder
- Fluent English
- Deep, hands-on experience in modern languages (Node.js, Go, Python, or Java)
- Expertise in microservices architecture
- REST/GraphQL API design
- large-scale System Design
- Highly proficient in using AI tools for code generation, debugging, and architectural planning
- Strong background in schema design and performance optimization for both Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) systems
- Proficiency in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- A strong architectural understanding of modern UI (React, Vue) and Mobile (Flutter, Swift, Kotlin) ecosystems
- A proactive, analytical, and 'zero-ego' mindset
