Job Summary
Manage SA case management and HUMINT technical oversight for 1st Special Forces Command and ARSOF Sensitive Activities Mission Management Cells. Review HUMINT operational reporting, process Intelligence Community standard formats, and ensure compliance with MACOM and DIA policies. Serve as a subject matter expert on internal and external requirements, utilizing intelligence tools for qualitative platform performance reviews. Monitor reporting metrics, track documentation actions, and solicit analyst needs for prioritized validation. Provide real-time collection updates through existing databases and mentor junior analysts on operational reporting and core competencies. Requires Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance and six years of relevant HUMINT experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance
- A bachelor's degree
- 6 years of experience or 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience as a HUMINT Desk Officer related to IA, DoW/Joint, or SOF HUMINT experience
- Applicable experience in HUMINT reporting, processing, and collection requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in GCOMS/G2G cable reporting, quality checking, and evaluation
- Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge and collection management systems
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations
- Experience conducting intelligence analysis and planning supporting Theater Special Operations Commands
- Experience in a deployed environment as Sensitive Activities supporting SOF
