Job Summary
Senior Social Worker for Child in Need in Hounslow. Carry out Child in Need assessments to determine required support; develop and implement Child in Need plans with families and professionals; coordinate housing, education, and health services to meet the child’s needs; monitor progress and review plans; work with children who may be disabled, young carers, homeless, or affected by parental issues; promote welfare and family stability; engage with families on a voluntary basis unless safeguarding concerns arise; liaise with multi-agency teams including schools, health professionals, and voluntary organisations.
Required Qualifications
- Social Work England registration
- Full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
- Eligible to work in the UK
