Job Summary
Senior Social Strategist responsible for leading development and execution of social and content strategies, playbooks, workshops, and measurement frameworks for clients. Role involves defining the brands’ social role, creating messaging frameworks and content pillars, delivering strategic briefs to creative teams, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating across functions to align campaigns with overall brand and business goals. The candidate will analyze client challenges, leverage social data to uncover insights, and present compelling narratives to internal and external stakeholders, driving innovative social strategies and client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience designing tailored strategic social plans that address diverse business goals
- Deep knowledge of social trends, platforms and aesthetics
- Experience defining the role of social for brands and creating messaging frameworks with clear content territories/pillars
- Experience in creative agencies or equivalent environments
- Ability to mentor junior team members
