Job Summary
Senior Social Media Specialist responsible for strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, including an always-on social presence, real-time/reactive content, and a forward-looking content calendar. Develop audience insights per platform, optimize for engagement and reach, and report insights using tools like Sprout or Hootsuite with Excel-based analysis. Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop campaigns, series, and social-first ideas, leveraging trends and cultural moments to keep the brand ahead. Engage communities through DMs and comments with a consistent brand voice, while ensuring alignment with broader digital marketing efforts. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of hands-on social media and digital marketing experience, plus proficiency with Capcut, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office suite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing
- Familiarity with Sprout or Hootsuite
- Proven experience managing organic or paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
- Capcut, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
