Job Summary
Design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with business goals, overseeing paid partnerships programs and influencer collaborations to amplify brand message and drive community engagement. Own social and content communications plans, manage the content calendar, and champion community management across all channels while utilizing listening tools to monitor trends and competitor activity. Build and develop a high-performing social media team by providing direction, feedback, and mentorship, and collaborate with in-house creative to develop high-impact content and on-brand copy. Own reporting and analytics, tracking performance, providing regular updates to key stakeholders, and translating data into actionable optimisation strategies to sharpen the brand's presence.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in social media management, with demonstrated success across strategy, influencer marketing and campaigns
- Experience managing and developing direct reports, with a proven ability to lead and grow a high-performing team
- Expert knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and beyond, with a sharp eye for emerging opportunities
- Strong commercial acumen; outcome and results focused
- A natural leader and influencer, able to build credibility and buy-in at all levels
- Proficient in social listening, scheduling, and influencer and project management tools
- Analytical mindset - interprets data, extracts insights, and drives optimisation
- Solid understanding of Facebook Ads Manager or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair and eye for design
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro or CapCut
- Test-and-learn mindset - experiments, iterates, and applies learnings to improve performance
- Understanding of Quad Lock's audience, or the ability to quickly build knowledge in this area
