Job Summary
Manage Old Friend Club, Try Each Other's, and other emerging brands across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube by owning the full social lifecycle from idea to optimisation. Edit high-performing, fast-turnaround video assets and identify creators to boost engagement while overseeing a team of social media admins. Drive community management by moderating interactions, crafting witty copy, and reporting performance metrics to the Emerging Brands Lead. Collaborate on original format ideas and larger brand-building moments like influencer activations and editorial campaigns. Work hybrid in London, reporting to the Emerging Brands Lead.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management
- ideally 1+ years of people management experience
- Hands-on experience growing social media channels
- Hands-on experience creating content
- A strong creative eye
- editorial instinct for what makes content stop the scroll
- Deep platform knowledge across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- understanding of the algorithm

- Strong editing skills across video and photo
