Job Summary
Manage social media channels for Viral Media's clients by posting daily content across TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms using the VistaSocial tool. Upload videos manually to TikTok, optimize posts with keywords and hashtags, and pre-build weekly LinkedIn newsletters. Monitor all accounts for correct content delivery, spelling, and links, then generate bi-weekly growth reports from TikTok and LinkedIn dashboards. Engage with comments and likes per channel while maintaining accurate asset management. Ensure posting schedules align with content calendars for articles, videos, and carousels.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing social media accounts across TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Knowledge of TikTok Platform, Creator Platform and analytics
- Knowledge of Meta Platform, creator platform and analytics
- Knowledge of YouTube platform, creator platform and analytics
- Knowledge of Google Business Workspace
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tagging
- Knowledge of VistaSocial SMM tool or similar platform
- Ability to manually upload videos to TikTok
- Ability to manually pre-build LinkedIn Newsletter articles
- Ability to generate bi-weekly SMM reports from TikTok and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of account industry viral topics, hashtags, keywords, and posting types
- Knowledge of B2B sales and target audiences
- Experience with Slack for project communication
- Experience with ChatGPT for content writing and summaries
